Privacy

Updated 21 October 2026. GP Calculator UK is operated by Fran Harvey and hosted on IOZoom.

Your calculations and saved menu

Calculations run in your browser. Menu names, costs and prices are not uploaded by the calculator. Saving a menu writes it to this browser’s localStorage. Remove individual items using Remove, or clear this website’s browser data to erase all saved items. Export a JSON backup first if you want to keep a copy. Backups and CSV files are downloaded to your device; restored files are processed in your browser.

Hosting and fonts

IOZoom processes connection information, including IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and secure the website. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives standard request information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy.

Advertising

No advertising or analytics scripts currently run. An AdSense verification meta tag and ads.txt identify our publisher account to Google; these files do not themselves display ads or set advertising cookies. We will update this notice and configure appropriate consent controls before enabling advertising.

Moving your menu

Storage is specific to your browser, device and website address. Use Download backup and Restore backup to move saved items. There is no account or cloud sync.
